Abstract

This biography about Augustine of Hippo, also known as Saint Augustine, focuses on his main intellectual and educational contributions. It covers, also, some psychic phenomena experienced by him, which contributed to the formation of his world view, and cases of communication between “the dead and the alive” that caught his attention, including description of typical NDE (Near-Death Experience). The work was drawn from bibliographic research in the works of Augustine, and also in literature about him.
