Lucid Projection and Self knowledge

Abstract

This article describes how the author found in lucid projectability valuable tool for self-research and self-knowledge. Projective experiences were common from childhood, but when she participate in the Lucid Projection School (LPS), she discovered the opportunity of laboratory use of these occurrences, increasing understanding and clarity about selfconscientiality, allowing overcome weak traits and reveal strong traits.
