Groupality Dinamics applied to Cognopolitan Entrepreneurship

Abstract

This paper presents the International Association for the Consciousness Evolution (ARACÊ) volunteers’ evolutionary mega-undertaking for the implantation and consolidation of the Pedra Azul Cognopolis in Espírito Santo, Brazil, after the construction of the ARACÊ Campus, in Domingos Martins, ES, 15 years ago. It compiles the debates around the Cognopolis – the city of knowledge – stressing its planetary-reurbanizing function through healthy, interdimensional and interassistantial conviviality. The methodology comprehends bibliographical researches on conscientiological entrepreneurship and ARACÊ courses from the Applied Conscientiology research line, besides the debates in the Cognopolis Meetings. It describes the group dynamics applied in the interactions between the volunteers, listing the cognopolitan profiles in the converging proposal for the implantation of this conscientiological mega-undertaking. It concludes by listing projects for the Pedra Azul Cognopolis.
