Abstract

This work introduces the context in which ELENCO was created, as well as its first product – a course for entrepreneurial leadership development in cosmoethics business, which was launched in February, 2016. Initially, a literature review in entrepreneurship is carried out, revealing its historical context. Business entrepreneurship is regarded as a special kind of entrepreneurship and cosmoethics business entrepreneurship as its new paradigm. ELENCO is introduced within this new paradigm. It aims to develop and support new entrepreneurial leaders focused in creating and developing cosmoethics business. The teaching approach, schedule, benefits and differentials regarding its first product – the course for entrepreneurial leadership development in cosmoethics business – is introduced.

Graduado em Engenharia Mecânica; mestrado em Engenharia de Energia Sustentável; especialização em Finanças Empresariais, doutorado e pós-doutorado em Engenharia e Gestão do Conhecimento; professor universitário; voluntário em Conscienciologia desde 2003; atualmente membro do Conselho das Empresas Conscienciocêntricas e voluntário e docente na ELENCO.

Lindomar Hermínio Cunha

Graduado em Psicologia; voluntário em Conscienciologia desde 2010; membro do Conselho das Empresas Conscienciocêntricas; voluntário e docente na Reaprendentia e ELENCO.
