Abstract

The aim of this article is to promote self-reflection through the presentation of personal casuistry. The deepening of the author in her self-research evidenced the need to move from the interior of the state of Rio Grande do Sul, to Foz do Iguaçu, in the state of Paraná. The change was motivated by the interest in deepening the studies of Conscientiology in order to optimize personal recycling in overcoming anachronistic and ingrained behaviors. The experiences reported occurred during the period from 2012 to 2018, at which time the author observed incompatibilities between her way of being and her intentionality, recognizing the influence of the local holothosene. The change provided the optimization of its recycling, by the best use of the local holothosene of destination.
