Abstract

In the present case, from the experience of coordinating a group of conscientiological volunteers, the authors started to deal more consistently with situations in which they had to assume leadership roles, to develop deeper contact with strongtraits and weaktraits related to this consciential attribute. This experience has proved to be very productive, fostering a more profound self-research and the development of techniques and strategies that have enabled the assumption of consciential epicentrism, as well as the development and strengthening of this trait in its manifestation in the various sectors of multidimensional life. This article aims to make available the personal laboratory of the authors, making public the personal experiences of the volunteer in the IIPC team in the city of Uberaba.
