The Application of Tools for Self-research as an Optimizing Factor of Predisposition to Evolutionary Duo

Abstract

This article presents the author’s experience, based on annotations and analyses of her self-research, through readings, laboratories and courses, as an optimizing factor of predisposition to duplicity. The author exposes her motivation to deepen the research of the technique of the evolutionary duo after their divorce. The purpose of this article is to expand the attributes that consciousness can develop, having as main point the strengthening of its self-research, in order to expand its level of self-knowledge, to set more evolutionary goals and objectives, and thus to develop greater consciencial opening for the composition of evolutionary double.
