Conscious Projection and Desomatologic Assistance

Abstract

This article reports the assistance in the deactivation of the soma (desoma) of an author’s relative, including the reflections made and the implications in the development of lucid projectability process. The assistance provided was divided in three periods, according to the facts and parafacts chronemic: pre-desomatic assistance, assistance during the desoma and post-desomatic assistance. At each stage, the techniques used and the results obtained are discussed. Finally, the article shows how desomatologic assistance and the process of conscientiological writing motivated overcoming difficulties, identification of traits to be recycled and the increase of self-confidence.
