Energy Mastery and Interassistantial Practice

Abstract

The aim of this article is to demonstrate how the development of energetic mastery and investment in will, dedication and discipline can help the consciousness to advance in its evolution, making interassistance effective.  The method used in the research, organisation of ideas and preparation of this article was the analysis of situations experienced by the author on a daily basis from a multidimensional viewpoint, the use of bioenergetic acting techniques, the theorectical planning of attitudes that optimise energetic development, as well as projective reports collected during experiments and the period during which she took the Lucid Projection School (LPS) and Projectiologic Self-Research (PSA) courses. The conclusion is that the development of the energetic domain has fostered significant evolutionary gains for the author, making her more lucid about her reality, as well as providing intraconsciential recycling.
